Actually everything was fantastic, my next choice again in Phnom Penh. By and large, it was modern place with cooperative staff from restaurant to hotel staff to receptionists😀👌👌

the breakfast offers plenty of yogurt, fruit and eggs. it has great location in the middle of jackson, in a great area. there's coffeetoday relatively near the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The hotel is the perfect choice for staying in Phnom Penh. The rooms offer fantastic views. The staff is really helpful and professional, from the restaurant to the venue staff and receptionists. The location is convenient, next to Phnom Penh and well-known spots like Khalandale mall and AEON market. For a great cup of tea or coffee, Zero Degrees Cafe nearby is a must-visit.

Our romantic escape was made even more special by our stay in this lovely hotel. The modern and clean facilities were beyond our expectations. The room, while small, was efficiently designed and we had just enough space to move around comfortably. We enjoyed the delicious coffee at the dining area every morning, along with the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect for us, just a short ride away from all the key attractions.

The location required us to use a Tuk Tuk or Remorque every time we wanted to get around. While it was easy enough to book through an app, the cost did add up over time.

The efficient use of space offers modern and new facilities, including a tasty bakery, good coffee, and a market nearby for breakfast. Tuk Tuk and Remorque are easily accessible.

Although the location offers easy access to transport, the accommodation may lack enough room space.

The breakfast included yogurt, fruit and eggs. The room was exceptionally nice and had a shower, hair dryers and a bidet, that's cool. The location was marvelous for Phnom Penh, not far from the world-famous Khalandale mall and AEON market and the restaurant.

The rooms at Citadines were surprisingly spacious with just enough room to walk around and place my belongings. The modern and new design made it feel extremely comfortable. The market nearby offered a delightful breakfast experience. The property was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff, from reception to janitors, were genuinely friendly and humble. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Had a fantastic weekend! The room was spotless, modern and had everything we needed. Loved the smart use of space and sleek design. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating - always ready to help. The coffee in the dining area was a real highlight, perfect way to start the day! The location was great; although you needed tuk tuk or remorque to get to and from, they were just a click away via an app and the ride was quick and affordable. We also heard the bakery had great offerings, although we skipped breakfast to try the local market instead.
